Cancellation conditions due to Covid 19

To ensure that you can continue to plan your holiday without any worries, we are currently offering very special cancellation conditions until November 2021.

We ask you to take a lot of responsibility for the well-being of all our guests and employees.

Please only arrive when you and your family are healthy. This is very important to us.

Arrival

On arrival, a valid negative test result, a vaccination certificate or confirmation of a previous corona infection must be presented - please note the different validity periods.

Admission tests

Arrival can only take place if a negative result can be proven.
Here is an overview of the validity periods:
- Antigen test (rapid test): 48 h
- PCR test: 72 h
- Convalescents: up to 6 months after illness
- Vaccinated persons: from 22 days after first vaccination (up to 1 year)

Testing during the stay

If the stay is longer than the validity of the access test, an antigen test must be carried out every 48 hours after the expiry of the validity.
Testing facilities are available in the region. The antigen test is free of charge for everyone.
