As part of activities in the hotel as well as organised excursions, hikes and other activities, pictures and videos are taken, which are then used in various channels (social media, website, etc.), media or printed matter. By commencing their holiday, our guests declare their consent to this, otherwise an express denial is required. There is no entitlement to compensation payments.

Transparency, authenticity and genuine hospitality are core values at the HOCHKÖNIGIN. The vast majority of the photos and videos published on our website and social media channels feature our resort, the surrounding region and our services through real photography and video.
In selected cases, we use artificial intelligence (AI) to create or enhance images, videos or graphic content. This may include visualising future projects, illustrating seasonal moods or enhancing individual visual elements, such as people, lighting effects or decorative details.
AI-generated or substantially AI-edited content is used solely for illustrative and inspirational purposes. It does not alter the actual appearance or characteristics of our resort and is intended to provide guests with an authentic impression of the HOCHKÖNIGIN.
Where required by applicable legal provisions or technically feasible, we identify AI-generated or substantially AI-edited content accordingly or make use of the transparency features provided by the respective platforms.
This statement is provided in accordance with the transparency obligations set out in Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU Artificial Intelligence Act).
