Have you always wanted to try yoga or do more yoga again? You usually don't get up on your own, but it works very well in a group and then preferably with a perfectly trained yoga teacher.
Why should I do yoga exercises? What are the benefits? And is it something for me to do? The so-called asanas strengthen your entire body through alternating stretching, muscle tension and relaxation. Muscles and nerves are gently stretched and even bones are strengthened through muscle tension.

At the HOCHKÖNIGIN there are 2 yoga sessions every week, led by highly trained yoga professionals. Experience a gentle start to the day, or end the day with a yoga session. All yoga sessions as part of the activity program are included in the accommodation price. As places are limited, please register in good time at reception or via GUEST NET.
