We are invited to learn to see and feel in new ways.
On these days we stretch playfully, in colour, form and sound.
You can only understand the language of the body when the mind does not interfere.

Simply create it out of yourself and let it emerge. We are, after all, in the colour frenzy of autumn – “And there’s magic in every beginning”.
When we come back to the centre, to the centre of the heart, and start to act again from there – then you’re one with yourself.
